No. All storage, both concrete and dirt, is covered but not temperature-controlled. You are responsible for fully winterizing your boat (engine, water systems, bilge) before drop-off.

No. We do not allow pickup or access during the storage season. This is by design as it means no one can come and go unannounced, which actually makes your boat more secure. Your boat stays locked away until your scheduled spring pickup. Contact us for any special circumstances (last-minute maintenance, etc.).

Yes. Proof of current insurance on your boat or jetski is required at drop-off. Grassland Valley does not provide coverage for stored vessels. Please have your insurance card or declaration page ready.

We accept check and electronic payments such as Venmo. Payment is collected upfront to reserve your spot. Credit cards are not accepted.

No. We provide storage only. You are responsible for winterizing your boat before drop-off and de-winterizing it after spring pickup. We do not offer shrink-wrap, fogging, antifreeze services, or any mechanical work.

Fully winterize your boat, the engine, drain and flush water systems, treat the fuel (or drain per manufacturer recommendation), and disconnect or remove the battery (or use a battery tender). Bring current proof of insurance when you arrive.

Call, text, or email us in the spring to schedule your pickup appointment. The season runs October through May, with flexibility on the start and end dates. We'll coordinate a time that works and have your boat ready to go.

No fixed limits, we accommodate boats of all lengths, heights, and types. For particularly oversized vessels, contact us so we can confirm the best available spot and confirm pricing.
